Transport damage:
If a shipment is visibly damaged, please immediately have an official damage report drawn up by the post office or forwarding agency. Please report other damage to us immediately. During the warranty period, we will either repair the goods or exchange the item in whole or in part, at our discretion. We are not liable for damage caused by cleaning procedures or improper handling.
Terms of payment:
All prices quoted are final prices plus delivery and shipping costs.
The prices are in € (Euro) including the statutory value added tax from Ulm.
Prepayment by bank transfer

You transfer the invoice amount to our bank account and do not disclose any account information. The classic and secure payment method.
Submit your completed and signed transfer form or your online transfer form to your bank for execution.
After your payment has been received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us and your order will be prepared for dispatch. We will then send it to the delivery address you provided.
You will automatically receive our account details with the order confirmation. Please state the order number mentioned therein as the purpose of your transfer.
Prepayment via PayPal
Payment via PayPal has proven to be practical and secure for online transactions. With your existing PayPal account, you as a private customer can conveniently pay for your order with us. The payment process is integrated into our purchase processing and is displayed as a means of payment in the selection of payment options. Your address data stored in your PayPal account will be taken into account, so it should be up to date. With PayPal, your payment reaches us on the same day.
After your payment has been received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us and your order will be prepared for dispatch. We will then send it to the delivery address you provided.
Buy now, pay later
With PayPal, customers in Germany can also conveniently pay in monthly installments (installment payment) or alternatively, select payment after 30 days. Unfortunately, PayPal does not currently offer the installment payment option to customers in Austria. By clicking on the banner below, you will receive further information on these two payment options.
Prepayment via Apple Pay
Apple Pay is only visible to you as a payment method in our webshop if our system recognizes that your shop visit is taking place using an Apple device. This process is automatic. If you decide to pay with Apple Pay, you must authenticate the online transfer via Touch or Face ID. As soon as the process is complete, we as the webshop operator receive a corresponding notification. This allows you to ensure that your order is shipped without having to wait for payment to be received.
To pay online with Apple Pay, you need an Apple device, an Apple ID and a credit card.
As a user, you store your payment details in the Wallet app. You confirm that you wish to pay with Apple Pay in the ScaleMonkey.Shop with a fingerprint or face scan. Ultimately, this is a credit card payment.
Prepayment via Amazon Pay
With Amazon Pay, you can use a payment method already stored in your Amazon account to pay for your order at ScaleMonkey. You can also manage your payments with Amazon Pay in your Amazon account.
After you have selected the Amazon Pay payment method, you can log in with the login details of your Amazon account. When using Amazon Pay for the first time, you must now accept the terms of use of Amazon Pay if you are prompted to do so. You can then complete your purchase in the shop as usual.
