The speed controller is the link between drive and driving behavior. It determines how cleanly power is converted, how finely the vehicle can be modulated, and how controllably a model reacts to every movement on the transmitter.

ScaleMonkey offers selected speed controllers for demanding scale RC models. It’s not about as much power as possible on paper, but about controlled and reliable implementation of the existing drive technology.

Smooth acceleration, precise modulation, appropriate braking effect, and a harmoniously tuned interplay with motor, battery, and gearbox are crucial – especially for heavy scale models and elaborately built rolling chassis.

Therefore, we don’t select controllers solely by datasheet. They must integrate technically meaningfully into the model’s overall concept and perform exactly what is expected of them.

Power is only good if it can be controlled.
