In this report, we would like to introduce you to the new Sanwa M17s remote control. A controller that, in our estimation, is among the best in the world.

What makes the M17S so special?

It is the perfect balance of functionality and innovation, paired with unique speed. At Sanwa, the tactile experience is just as important as the technology. With the M17S, they are now setting a new standard in the world of remote controls. The M17S has not only been visually redesigned but also significantly improved in its performance. The 16-bit AD converter built into the mainboard and the revision of the unique Sanwa control program ensure “smoother operation”. Additionally, device modifications have accelerated the interface, further improving the world’s fastest response time!

The M17S is now equipped with the new FH5/FH5U system, which includes a 4-channel RX-493i receiver with the world’s fastest response time. The FH5U system transmits twice as much data as the FH5 system, ensuring smoother handling and faster response.

Another highlight is the new Sanwa RX-493i receiver, which is supplied with the M17S. With its compact dimensions of 26 x 23.2 x 14 mm and a weight of only 6.2 g, it is both lightweight and powerful. It operates at a frequency of 2.4 GHz FH5 and is compatible with the MT-5, M17, and M17S models. This makes this receiver perfectly tailored to the needs of even the most demanding RC model builders.
