The engine now utilizes flanged bearings at the front and rear of the cylinder block, completely eliminating previous wear issues caused by migrating bearings. This results in significantly greater stability and durability during operation.
Optimized Performance:

The compression ratio has been re-tuned, reducing the need for fuel injection and extending spark plug life. These adjustments prevent typical signs of wear and ensure a more consistent, stable power output.

Improved Smoothness:

The carburetor rotor has been hardened to ensure smooth rotation without jamming – a common fault in components made from conventional steel. In combination with a distributor that adjusts the ignition timing according to throttle position, the engine allows for lower idle speeds and higher peak performance.

Extended Durability:

Coated pistons now offer 200% better wear and corrosion resistance. Additional valve stem seals and optimized rocker arm lubrication significantly reduce oil consumption and fuel atomization, substantially extending the engine’s lifespan.

Among its features are an exquisite galvanic orange finish, a high-lift camshaft supported at four points, larger intake valves compared to exhaust valves, a crankshaft supported at five points, reinforced and hardened connecting rods, optional double cast iron piston rings, an independent lubrication system, and a dual-layer gear water pump. The Small-Block V8 is not just a roaring beast on your desk, but also a ‘powerhouse’ compatible with RC models, offering higher torque and performance.

Extremely Realistic:
The exquisite galvanic finish ensures a lifelike appearance for the engine, is suitable for operation with real fuel, and provides space for the installation of an optional generator.

High Lift:

Reinforced and hardened wear-resistant connecting rods, optional double cast iron piston rings (oil rings are optional), 5-point supported crankshaft for increased operational strength and stability at high RPMs.

Durable Operation:
Equipped with a dual-layer gear water pump, an independent lubrication system, and a reserved oil filter installation position. This OHV version model can be combined with a forced rocker arm lubrication system, where the rocker arm lubricant is returned to the cylinder block bores, and an oil pan with an oil level indicator.
