Mini Backsaw “Pax” Mini Gent’s Saw 100 mm by Thomas Flinn & Co Ltd.
Arguably the best traditional backsaws are manufactured by the Sheffield-based company Thomas Flinn. “A cut above the rest” is their motto, under which they offer carefully crafted traditional saws with solid brass backs. The backsaws of the “Pax” model range, a brand existing since 1776 and revived by Thomas Flinn, are presented here. In addition to their practical use—first-class saw cuts—these saws are a joy to look at. They are carefully straightened and set for drift-free cuts. These saws can be sharpened with a saw file.
