Legal Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply to all goods purchased from us. This means: If a product has a defect at the time of delivery, you can assert the warranty claims provided for by law.

In the event of a defect, you are particularly entitled to supplementary performance – that is, depending on the legal requirements, to the rectification of the defect or the delivery of defect-free goods.
Should something not be in order with your order, please feel free to contact us. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
