Mini Backsaw “Pax” Mini Gent’s Saw 100 mm by Thomas Flinn & Co Ltd.
Arguably the best traditional fine saws are manufactured by the Sheffield-based company Thomas Flinn. “A cut above the rest” is their motto, under which they offer carefully crafted traditional saws with solid brass backs. The fine saws of the “Pax” model range, a brand existing since 1776 and revived by Thomas Flinn, are presented here. In addition to their practical use—first-class saw cuts—these saws are a joy to look at. For straight cuts, they are carefully straightened and set. These saws can be sharpened with a saw file.
